Lead test design, fixture development, and test conduct for structural, mechanical, and material-property programs across Boeing divisions, collaborating across labs and partners to ensure readiness and data integrity on advanced military aircraft programs.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide support to a test program under general direction and collaborate with team members across structural test labs.
•Lead a team through test design, integration and test conduct activities in the structural test labs.
•Train early career engineers in engineering best practices and structures testing principles per Boeing guidelines.
•Gather test requirements, develop test procedures, design and analyze test fixtures, and lead fabrication/setup and test conduct phases.
•Coordinate with business partners, team members, shop personnel, and other support personnel to execute programs.
