Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide support to a test program under general direction and collaborate with team members across structural test labs.
  • •Lead a team through test design, integration and test conduct activities in the structural test labs.
  • •Train early career engineers in engineering best practices and structures testing principles per Boeing guidelines.
  • •Gather test requirements, develop test procedures, design and analyze test fixtures, and lead fabrication/setup and test conduct phases.
  • •Coordinate with business partners, team members, shop personnel, and other support personnel to execute programs.
