Job Summary

Provide general legal support to business and operations, advising management and colleagues on client, supplier, and third-party engagements and transactions. Support implementation of policies and dissemination of regulatory information within the operating unit, coordinate litigious matters, and deliver regular status reports on legal issues. Work independently on complex legal matters, devising solutions and adapting approaches using professional know-how.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide general legal support to business and/or operations.
•Advise management and colleagues on engagements and transactions with clients, suppliers, and other third parties.
•Support implementation of policies and dissemination of regulatory information within the assigned operating unit.
•Coordinate litigious matters.
•Deliver regular reports on the status of legal issues and perform other legal work as assigned by Senior Legal Advisor/Management.

Key Requirements

•Possess legal skillsets with some experience in a specific functional area or legal discipline, in organizations of similar scale and complexity.
•Provide sound legal advice and support with seasoned, demonstrable success in a similar role within a similar global organization.
•Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships through good interpersonal skills.
•Demonstrate good commercial acumen and the ability to provide legal solutions.
•Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels and perform in high-pressure situations while managing complex tasks simultaneously.
