Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage cash collection reconciliation activities across stores, central unit, and restaurants, including month-end NAVISION reconciliation and handoff to R2R/O2C teams for posting.
  • •Perform daily reconciliations for e-commerce debtors, receipts, e-commerce sales, deferred sales, tax, and deferred tax accounts, including cash on delivery reconciliations.
  • •Follow up on sales reconciliations between stores and central unit, manage variances, and resolve differences with IT support.
  • •Maintain VAT reconciliation documentation between Navision and SAP, support group tax activities, and provide data, schedules, and reports for internal/external audits.
  • •Reconcile purchase and inventory between Navision and SAP and manage accounts receivable (aging reports, AR provision, and credit facility documentation) with relevant teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in finance.
  • •3-5 years of experience as an Accounts Executive in a reputable organization.
  • •Proficiency with ERP systems including SAP and Navision.
  • •Working knowledge of tax filing and accounting is advantageous.
  • •Strong coordination, communication, and ability to manage complex reconciliations and financial reporting.
