Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate leadership development programs for global audiences both virtually and in person, creating interactive learning environments aligned to adult learning principles.
  • •Partner with global stakeholders to implement scalable leadership programs (e.g., manager development, leadership acceleration).
  • •Support end-to-end program delivery, including coordination, stakeholder alignment, and execution.
  • •Facilitate and debrief leadership assessments (e.g., DiSC, 360/180) and provide foundational coaching for participant development.
  • •Contribute to design, refinement, and localization of learning content and identify innovative ways to improve learner engagement and effectiveness.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years facilitating leadership or professional development programs (virtual and in-person).
  • •Ability to facilitate interactive, discussion-based learning experiences (not presentation delivery).
  • •Experience designing or improving learning content and managing engagement virtually.
  • •Strong stakeholder management and collaboration in a matrixed environment.
  • •Fluency in English and Spanish at professional level to facilitate confidently in English.
