Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor, track, and analyze U.S. state insurance regulatory and legislative developments, including NAIC, NOLHGA, and NCOIL activity.
  • •Develop executive-ready presentations and regulatory briefing materials for Global Atlantic and KKR senior stakeholders.
  • •Prepare briefing notes and background materials to support engagement with regulators, policymakers, and other government officials.
  • •Coordinate regulatory priorities and cross-functional reporting with Legal, Compliance, KCS, Bermuda, Risk, and other business functions.
  • •Create internal regulatory reports and analyses to synthesize developments and explain potential implications for Global Atlantic.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 90,000 - 120,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required.
  • •2+ years of private-sector experience in public policy, government and/or regulatory affairs, insurance, or related industries.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills for developing high-quality executive materials.
  • •Demonstrated ability to use AI-enabled tools to improve recurring workflows.
  • •Basic understanding of the U.S. state-based insurance regulatory system, including familiarity with the NAIC.
