Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out administrative duties with the Guest Relations Manager, including daily VIP list checks and coordinating VIP activities.
  • •Monitor VIP treatment costs and ensure VIP policy is fully implemented; prepare and distribute VIP amenities forms.
  • •Coordinate guest requirements with all departments, including pre-checks three days before and again the day before arrival, and pre-check VIP arrival rooms for cleanliness and readiness.
  • •Greet arrivals, escort guests to rooms or suites, and ensure guest comments and complaints are handled, reported, and recorded.
  • •Support the Guest Relations Manager with activities such as appointments, training assessments, induction training, and representation at meetings; maintain cooperation with other departments.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 1 year of experience in a Front Office position, preferably in an international five-star hotel.
  • •Luxury hotel guest relations/customer service experience.
  • •Good knowledge of hotel operations and computer systems.
  • •Excellent local-language oral and written communication; excellent English oral and written communication.
  • •Computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Opera and Micros.
