Project Manager II

Manage one or more moderately complex construction projects through all phases, working mostly independently while coordinating client, stakeholders, approvals, and permitting. Provide design and construction management leadership, including budget, schedule, invoicing/billing oversight, contract administration, change order impact review, and construction progress monitoring. May supervise senior engineers and project administration functions, resolve complex project disputes, and apply construction management procedures and software.
