Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end project execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to scope.
•Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
•Coordinate and drive collaboration across cross-functional teams, including Account, Creative, Strategy, Media, and Production.
•Monitor project budgets, hours, and resource utilization against Statements of Work (SOWs).
•Proactively identify risks, roadblocks, and scope changes, and drive resolutions to keep projects on track.
