Cyber Security SOC Manager

Lead day-to-day Security Operations Center (SOC) activities and detection posture, serving as the technical driver for how the team detects, responds to, and continuously improves security incidents. Manage Tier I–III analysts, oversee incident escalation and remediation, and ensure SLA compliance. Use Splunk as the core platform—building dashboards, correlation searches, and automation—while integrating Tenable and CrowdStrike detections. Align monitoring and logging to NIST, PCI DSS, HIPAA, and SOX controls and prototype new capabilities for better detection fidelity and performance.
