Key Responsibilities

•Act as first-line decision maker to mitigate issues and questions, resolving complex problems to ensure adherence to bank policies and protect customer relationships.
•Manage complex, highly visible, large, and/or sensitive commercial customers and services, offering products to grow and deepen relationships.
•Provide oversight of onboarding and end-to-end management of commercial deposit and loan accounts, including approval of multi-million dollar transactions.
•Represent Huntington’s Commercial brand with category-of-one service through professional, discreet, and forward-thinking communications.
•Provide day-to-day guidance to service colleagues and partners and serve as a key resource for workflow/process improvements, while participating in meetings and initiatives.

Key Requirements

•High school, GED, or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
•5+ years in commercial banking with a focus in deposits, loans, treasury management, customer service, and banking operations.
•Advanced ability to manage onboarding end-to-end for commercial deposit and loan accounts, including complex customer experience and risks.
•Proficient use of Microsoft Office and other digital resources.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to facilitate and negotiate; able to mentor and train peers.
