Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage follow-up maintenance transaction lifecycle from origination through customer unit handoff to repair technician.
  • •May oversee assigned projects and handle advanced/complex issues with limited supervision.
  • •Maintain timely, accurate documentation and notations in Cox Fleet systems for each customer contact.
  • •Provide excellent customer service for internal and external customer calls, establishing positive rapport.
  • •Schedule preventative maintenance and repairs with Field Operations, partnering to improve dispatching and service scheduling capabilities.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma/GED and 7 years’ experience in a related field (or an equivalent combination such as 5 years with additional education/certification).
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • •Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally, build relationships, and become a trusted partner.
  • •Strong organizational skills to balance multiple tasks.
  • •Strong Excel and data entry skills, plus the ability to learn Cox Fleet IT systems (e.g., Web Wrench, MobileFrame, RO Writer).
