•Support contract negotiations and provide recommendations to leadership on contract disputes, schedule variances, and change orders.
•Provide project execution from inception to completion, including quality assurance, managing change management (RFI), and observing/certifying work in place for invoice processing.

Salary: USD 165,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years of relevant experience with Federal Projects (or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education).

•PMP certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) (preferred).
•Certified Construction Manager from the Construction Management Association of America (preferred).
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with PMIS tools such as Bluebeam Revu, SharePoint, and MS Project (preferred).
