Supervise and run day-shift manufacturing operations at an automated Niagara Falls plant producing organic salts for pharmaceutical, food, feed, and technical industries. Execute the production schedule, maintain SOPs, manage personnel, and ensure compliance with regulatory and Kerry standards.
