Job Function: Business Development & Partnerships

Key Responsibilities

•Identify and onboard Korea market KOLs, Affiliates, Brokers, Trading Communities and strategic partners.
•Lead end-to-end partner negotiations, terms alignment, campaign planning, activation, and performance management.
•Design and execute various collaboration models such as rebate, commission, and affiliate incentives for partners.
•Manage relationships with existing partners to continuously improve volume, active users, conversion, deposits, and revenue contribution.
•Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and BD Leadership to support partner campaigns, product feedback, and user growth initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Korean native level proficiency is essential.
•Business English or Chinese communication ability for internal use.
•Practical BD experience in Crypto Exchange, Futures Trading Platform, Broker, Affiliate BD, or Web3 Trading Product.
•Real network within Korea market among KOLs, Affiliates, Brokers, Trading Communities or user acquisition channels.
•Hands-on understanding of Rebate/Commission/Affiliate Programs/Partner Incentives and end-to-end partner lifecycle (discovery, onboarding, activation, performance).
