Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide overall leadership for Engineering areas in Airbus Helicopters Polska, including people and technical management.
  • •Implement engineering strategy and operational goals to exceed quality, cost, and delivery expectations; drive KPIs across engineering areas.
  • •Manage engineering budgets, forecasts, and Capital Expenditure proposals; contribute to business strategy and annual budget process.
  • •Develop and align engineering policies, processes, and project management capabilities across teams; ensure quality and reliability standards.
  • •Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders across Airbus Helicopters sites and serve as an escalation point for operational topics.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Degree level education (preferably Masters) in engineering science.
  • •At least 5 years of aeronautics engineering experience across design, stress calculations, testing, or related areas.
  • •Proven experience leading an engineering function with track record delivering engineering strategies, policies, processes, and systems.
  • •Proven project management experience and ability to deliver against project deadlines.
  • •Knowledge and technical understanding of aviation processes, components, and design techniques; English and Polish, with French and/or German a plus.
