Key Responsibilities

•Close the largest and most strategic enterprise deals; own the full enterprise sales cycle — from first call to close — across complex, multi-stakeholder deals with 3–6 month cycles; build and manage your own pipeline with outbound discipline and forecast with accuracy.
•Quarterback internal teams — SEs, product, leadership — and external stakeholders to move complex, multi-product deals forward without losing momentum or ownership.
•Navigate Controllers, VPs of Finance, and CFOs — tailor conversations to each stakeholder and help customers build their own internal case for Numeric.
•Drive platform-sized deals by connecting the right stakeholder to the right pain at the right moment — presenting a complete business case across Numeric's full capability set.
•Feed market intelligence back to product and leadership in real time, shaping how Numeric is positioned as the platform evolves.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 300,000 - 400,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of enterprise AE experience with a builder's mindset — consistently over-performed selling to companies of 500–5,000+ employees; accounting software background preferred (NetSuite, Workday, BlackLine, Anaplan, or similar).
•Consultative operator who's comfortable with ambiguity — brings experience and conviction to every conversation, guides customers through complex decisions, thrives in unclear environments.
•Fluency in AI-era selling — positions AI and automation to finance buyers without overpromising; leads with a point of view and earns trust before signatures.
•Scrappy by default, rigorous by design — has carried a big number and built with limited budget/brand/lead flow; energized by building, not just closing.
•Former accountant, auditor, or finance professional who crossed over into sales (nice-to-have) — speaks the buyer's language.
