Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain trusted relationships with a portfolio of existing VIP clients in SEA, serving as the primary point of contact for day-to-day queries and issue resolution.
  • •Analyze user behavior and trading patterns to identify upsell opportunities and hidden client needs.
  • •Coordinate with internal teams (Compliance, Product, Security) to ensure smooth client servicing and prepare client analysis reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, Statistics, Mathematics, or a quantitative trading-related field (or relevant industry experience in lieu of a degree).
  • •Fluency in English and comfort coordinating with overseas partners and stakeholders (additional languages are an advantage).
  • •Solid understanding of cryptocurrency, macroeconomics, and financial trading concepts.
  • •Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills; comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Proficient with data tools/spreadsheets; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
