Key Responsibilities

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and 4 years of related highway/transportation design experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification (or ability to obtain within 12 months).
  • •Valid US driver’s license for site visits and client meetings.
  • •Demonstrated experience with Bentley OpenRoads Designer, MicroStation, AutoCAD Civil 3D, or similar design applications.
  • •Preferred: Professional Engineer (PE) license in any state (or ability to obtain within 1 year) and experience with DOT projects (e.g., PennDOT).
