Associate Analyst HR Service Delivery

Deliver HR shared services aligned to SLAs, KPIs, and local regulatory requirements. You’ll manage employee data, support onboarding and offboarding/terminations, and handle employee inquiries about HR policies, procedures, and systems. The role requires confidentiality with sensitive information, process documentation, and continuous improvement to streamline HR workflows, while collaborating across teams and time zones.
