Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead cross-functional growth programs from problem definition through technical launch, governance, and post-launch optimization.
  • •Translate complex scheme/network rules into clear technical requirements, controls, and automated workflows with Product and Engineering.
  • •Coordinate with Commercial, Legal, Risk, and regional teams to clear dependencies, resolve risks, and align on launch readiness.
  • •Create pragmatic decision frameworks and playbooks for high-growth merchant use cases outside standard network mandates.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in technical program management, product operations, payments/fintech, risk, compliance, or similar cross-functional roles.
  • •Strong understanding of payments infrastructure, payment methods, network rules, or merchant payment flows, with experience partnering with Product and Engineering to launch or improve systems/workflows/controls.
  • •Solid understanding of scheme rules, merchant flows, or alternative payment methods.
  • •Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives with competing priorities and dependencies.
  • •Structured approach to planning, execution, risk management, and follow-through, including experience supporting launches/changes involving compliance, product, legal, or partners.
