Key Responsibilities

  • •Support finance integration planning and execution for strategic transactions, partnerships, and business initiatives.
  • •Coordinate finance workstream deliverables across FP&A, controllership, tax, treasury, procurement, HR, legal, and compliance to support close, Day 1, and post-close readiness.
  • •Maintain integration trackers, issue logs, milestone plans, and action item lists to ensure ownership and timely execution.
  • •Prepare financial analysis for integration costs, synergies, run-rate impacts, stranded costs, vendor commitments, and operating model decisions.
  • •Assist with budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and month-end/quarter-end close activities for integration-related financials, including variance analysis and accrual tracking.
