Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspect construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards, and enforce safety rules to minimize accidents and injuries.
  • •Supervise and instruct the construction team and subcontractors, and maintain accurate records of employee attendance.
  • •Evaluate employee performance and implement disciplinary measures as needed.
  • •Analyze blueprints to ensure projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
  • •Support HSE initiatives, participate in safety awareness activities, and contribute to incident reporting and resolution in line with company and IMS policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of working experience, including 3 years of relevant experience (2 years GCC experience is a plus).
  • •Strong understanding of construction principles, structural engineering, building codes, and construction materials.
  • •Proficiency in project management concepts including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • •Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and blueprints, with familiarity with construction software and tools.
  • •ERP knowledge with SAP functional skills required.
