Key Responsibilities

  • •Champion EHS compliance for electrical operations and conduct risk assessments to promote safe, disciplined operations.
  • •Lead commissioning, maintenance, and optimization of electrical systems from 230kV to low voltage, including emergency generators and Dynamic UPS, and improve power quality.
  • •Provide expert support for complex operational issues and lead root-cause investigations using 8D problem-solving methodologies.
  • •Oversee capacity planning, system performance analysis, and expansion projects; review and validate scope, schedule, and cost estimates for infrastructure upgrades.
  • •Mentor and develop electrical engineers and technicians, deploy smart/predictive diagnostics and digital tools, and drive corrective/preventive actions after incidents.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s/Bachelor’s/advanced degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
  • •Experience with high, medium, and low voltage electrical systems design, maintenance, and operations in semiconductor or advanced manufacturing environments.
  • •Proficiency in HV/MV/LV systems, ETAP software, and IEC standards.
  • •Familiarity with SMART systems and predictive maintenance tools.
  • •Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to communicate and collaborate across all levels.
