  • •Serve as a dedicated technical partner embedded in a strategic customer’s engineering organization.
  • •Design, build, and deploy production-ready code and configurations into customer infrastructure using Cloudflare’s platform.
  • •Own the account’s technical success across the Cloudflare portfolio as the primary technical point of contact.
  • •Participate in customer engineering rituals and support real-time incident response.
  • •Identify opportunities to accelerate adoption of Cloudflare services and feed real-world edge cases and product gaps back to Cloudflare product and engineering teams.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of professional software engineering experience delivering production-grade systems.

  • •Owned mission-critical services and can handle on-call, incident response, and architectural rigor for high uptime.
  • •Active practitioner currently in the IDE with a ship-first mentality and modern development/deployment patterns.
  • •Deep full-stack architectural fluency and ability to design scalable, resilient architectures.
