Job Summary

Support Asset Recovery Group’s Forecasting and Analytics team by building and maintaining asset quality forecasts and translating complex credit risk data into clear insights for senior leadership, the KBNA Board, and Risk Committees. Analyze portfolio trends through the Asset Quality Review (AQR), assist loan allowance determination and profit planning, and provide ad hoc analytics. Mentor rotational analysts while partnering across ARG, Consumer Credit Quality, and Finance/ALLL teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain asset quality forecasts to support senior leadership decision-making.
•Prepare executive presentations and reporting for Board and Risk Committees.
•Contribute to the Asset Quality Review (AQR) through data analysis and reporting.
•Support loan allowance determination and internal profit planning/enterprise forecasting.
•Mentor and coach team members, including rotational analysts, to build technical and analytical capabilities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 80,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Business Management, or a related field.
•2 years of relevant experience (5 years preferred).
•Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
•Working knowledge of Tableau and Cognos (or similar tools).
•Intermediate to advanced knowledge of credit risk, asset quality metrics, and loan loss allowance methodologies.
