Key Responsibilities

•Manage a high-volume book of renewal accounts and ensure on-time renewals across EMEA.
•Collaborate with field sales and channel partners to drive renewal revenue and expand opportunities.
•Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene in SFDC and execute a planned cadence of engagement with customers.
•Identify cross-sell and expansion opportunities within existing renewals and collaborate with Account Executives and channel teams.
•Deliver outbound activities (phone, email) and participate in partner-and-end-user engagement days to protect revenue.

Key Requirements

•2–5 years in renewals, sales, or account management (SaaS preferred)
•Fluency in Dutch and English
•Proficient in Salesforce (SFDC) or any CRM tools
•Experience selling through channel partners and thriving in a team selling environment
•Strong organizational skills with outbound activity and cadence discipline
