Deliver an outstanding customer experience at the cash wrap and sales floor by providing warm, efficient service, operating POS accurately, and keeping the area organized. Support store success through product receipt-to-sale workflows, shipment and transfer processing, stockroom cleanliness, replenishment, and visual merchandising updates. Promote add-on items and gift cards, capture customer information where permitted, and partner with the team to meet store needs in a fast-paced retail environment.
