Job Summary

Drive end-to-end delivery of engineering and technical projects and programs by aligning cross-functional teams, managing priorities and dependencies, and ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality. Translate customer and stakeholder requirements into technical strategies and architectures, manage technical risks and corrective actions, and report progress with transparent communication. Work from the Melbourne office with frequent travel to the Bendigo production site.

•Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of engineering and technical projects, meeting on-time, scope, budget, and quality expectations.
•Coordinate across cross-functional teams to manage dependencies, priorities, and delivery commitments.
•Translate customer and stakeholder requirements into actionable technical strategies and architectures.
•Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks, issues, and constraints during execution; implement corrective actions as required.
•Maintain stakeholder confidence with transparent communication, timely reporting, and predictable project execution while managing resource utilization in a matrix organization.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

•Strong understanding of project management fundamentals including scheduling, budget management, estimation, milestone tracking, and risk management.
•Ability to lead and manage technical engineering projects and assess technical deliverables including customer needs, requirements, and architectural choices.
