Operations Supervisor

Oversee the day-to-day operations of a warehouse for a new multi-user site at Segro Park in Coventry. You’ll supervise, coach, and mentor operatives and Team Leads, ensuring health and safety, quality procedures, hygiene/housekeeping, and productivity targets are consistently achieved. Work a rotational Mon–Fri shift pattern (7:00am–3:30pm and 12:00pm–8:30pm), complete management reports, and communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
