Key Responsibilities

  • •Enhance the end-to-end merchant experience for SMB Financial merchant experience products across device, web, and mobile to drive deeper engagement.
  • •Lead the product development lifecycle from concept and design through testing, production deployment, and commercialization for roadmap and statement of direction updates.
  • •Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback gathering; measure and track product performance against key metrics.
  • •Create product narratives articulating problem statements, hypotheses, and expected outcomes tied to measurable success metrics.
  • •Partner with Design, Engineering, Product Marketing, Merchant Solutions, and Data Science to scope and execute enhancements and integrations and drive go-to-market strategy with Product Marketing and Customer Support.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in product management working with Engineering, Design, and Product Marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS/e-commerce or branded/commercial card products.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • •Experience bringing integrated products to market, coordinating with marketing and sales to drive adoption and customer success.
  • •Track record delivering card payment products/features and third-party integrations, including managing development lifecycle in an agile environment.
  • •Strong data-driven decision-making and technical understanding of APIs and webhooks/documentation; ability to scope and deliver technical solutions.
