Cross-trained to support sales and service, including outbound calls, identifying client needs, and helping with Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). Educate clients on digital self-service options such as ATMs, Online and Mobile banking. Adhere to risk management, internal controls, and branch procedures, and support new account openings and issue resolution.
