Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspect customer vehicles at receipt to identify damage, missing parts, and mechanical problems across interior, exterior, trunk, and engine areas.
  • •Prepare and complete required documentation, including repair/replacement cost estimates and electronic condition reports (ECR).
  • •Set up systems for day-end and perform day-end procedures.
  • •Perform OVE courtesy walk-around inspections and maintain knowledge of policies, inspection techniques, and system capabilities.
  • •Follow safety and health procedures, model safety behaviors, and assist with safety activities; perform other duties as assigned.
