Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • •Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment coordination, and offer management.
  • •Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, social media engagement, talent communities, and external partnerships.
  • •Create engaging and inclusive job advertisements to attract a broad range of candidates.
  • •Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting and share market insights to support informed hiring decisions and workforce planning.

Key Requirements

  • •Several years of experience delivering recruitment outcomes in a corporate, agency, RPO, or similarly fast-paced talent acquisition environment.
  • •Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders and provide consultative advice across teams and cultures.
  • •Knowledge of sourcing approaches, recruitment technologies, and talent assessment methods.
  • •Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail while managing multiple priorities.
  • •Fluency in Czech is required; very good English skills are required, with Polish, Slovak, or German as a strong plus.
