Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate receipt, staging, and movement of equipment turned in by Army units and manage inspection, accountability, and storage sequencing.
  • •Track turn-in status from initial receipt through final disposition, supporting high-volume mass turn-in operations.
  • •Review and validate supply documents (DA Form 1348-1A, DD Form 200, hand receipts, condition codes) and maintain timely, accurate data entry into Army systems (GCSS-Army, DPAS, LMP).
  • •Maintain logs, spreadsheets, and reports for daily/weekly/monthly activity to support audit readiness and compliant material records.
  • •Coordinate warehousing and transportation activities (storage/location management, segregation of serviceable/unserviceable/HAZMAT items, and shipment scheduling/documentation/load plans).

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of logistics, supply, or materiel management experience.
  • •High school diploma or equivalent preferred; an Associate’s in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field is a plus.
  • •Knowledge of Army supply regulations (AR 710-2, AR 735-5, DA PAM 710-2-1) and Army logistics systems including GCSS-Army, DPAS, and LMP.
  • •Experience with equipment turn-in or supply support activities (SSA) for the U.S. Army or as a contractor (strongly preferred).
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain CAC, meet background eligibility (Tier1/NACI), pass background check and drug testing, and perform required physical demands; valid driver’s license with proof of vehicle insurance and a REAL ID required.
