Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all engineering aspects of the project to meet technical objectives within approved scope, budget, and schedule.
  • •Provide leadership to the Engineering Department and the FEED Engineering Contractor, ensuring engineering expertise for reviews of deliverables.
  • •Oversee Project Risk Management and the Management of Change program, and support the Project Quality Assurance Program.
  • •Sponsor and ensure completeness and quality of layout, design, 3D model, HAZID, and PHA reviews/workshops.
  • •Oversee design optimization and validation, manage technical bid analysis and vendor prequalification/evaluation technical involvement, and mentor junior engineers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (or equivalent) and a Master’s degree in management (or equivalent).
  • •Minimum 20+ years’ oil & gas experience across phases of major oil & gas capital projects and facilities design.
  • •At least 10 years as an Engineering Manager.
  • •Experience with contractors and suppliers worldwide, particularly for major oil and gas facilities construction.
  • •Knowledge of relevant international codes and standards and ability to make independent decisions for complex problems.
