Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage day-to-day operations and develop the long-term plan to grow the port in Limassol.
  • •Lead and motivate a diverse workforce, managing a senior leadership team across key port divisions.
  • •Work with the joint venture partner to create a fruitful and valuable relationship.
  • •Maintain strong relationships with unions, government officials, and other key stakeholders.
  • •Serve as the key decision maker on major capex projects, ensuring safety is central to all plans and infrastructure upkeep/development.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive senior leadership experience leading a port, terminal, maritime organization, or similar asset-heavy environment.
  • •Proven track record in operational management and safety leadership, including asset oversight and management of a large team.

  • •Demonstrated ability to develop diverse, multicultural teams, delegate authority with accountability, and support succession planning.
  • •Understanding of port-related regulatory, compliance, and governance frameworks with strong stakeholder influence at senior levels.
