Key Responsibilities

  • •Under direct supervision, perform quality evaluations of standard and routine processes and products.
  • •Inspect various operations activities according to engineering drawings and specifications.
  • •Identify and report non-conformance using measuring and testing methods.
  • •Generate inspection reports, notify Quality Assurance/Quality Control management of significant problems, and complete required documentation.
  • •May perform final adjustments and conduct magnetic particle and penetrant testing, including initiating and processing non-conformance reports.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of experience are required.
  • •Experience in Quality and/or industry experience is preferred (3-5 years).
  • •Perform quality evaluations using engineering drawings, specifications, and prescribed methods.
  • •Identify, measure, test, and report non-conformance to known standards.
  • •May conduct magnetic particle and penetrant testing and initiate/process non-conformance reports.
