Job Summary

Design and specify AI and data management solutions that meet client business needs. Lead AI initiative planning from concept through execution, including integration with existing data infrastructure, data governance, and advanced analytics for AI model development. Provide pre-sales technical support through requirements analysis, demonstrations, RFP/RFI responses, and proof-of-concept delivery. Collaborate with architects and cross-functional teams, manage risks, and communicate recommendations to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the development and implementation of AI strategies and solutions, from concept to execution and aligned to business goals.
•Integrate AI technologies with existing data infrastructure and oversee data governance (integrity, accuracy, and security).
•Implement data management strategies including data quality, metadata management, and master data management.
•Provide pre-sales technical support by analyzing client requirements, delivering AI demos, and supporting RFP/RFI responses.
•Manage end-to-end delivery of AI projects and client proof-of-concepts, coordinating cross-functional teams and monitoring risks and quality.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience implementing AI and managing data, preferably in the financial industry.
•Experience managing AI projects and delivering successful outcomes end to end.
•Experience in pre-sales support and client engagement.
•Strong technical proficiency in AI technologies and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, IBM WatsonX) and data management principles.
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
