Manager - IT Internal Controls Group (LATAM Spanish Speaking)

Lead IT internal controls and SOX compliance for LATAM divisions, partnering with Spanish-speaking IT, finance, accounting, and operations teams across countries. Assess process risks, design and evolve control frameworks, and address IT general controls (ITGCs), application controls, and system-related financial reporting risks. Prepare Spanish-language documentation, support cloud, ERP, IAM, and SDLC-related control design, and coordinate with internal audit and external auditors while training control owners.
