Key Responsibilities

•Operate powered equipment (forklifts, jack lifts, high lifts, and powered industrial trucks) to move product throughout the facility.
•Perform essential production tasks that support safe, high-quality food output.
•Support coworkers and help maintain a safe and efficient production line.
•Follow oral and written instructions and meet certification requirements during qualification.
•Work scheduled shifts and potentially assist with overtime based on production demands.

Key Requirements

•Be at least 18 years of age.
•Willing and able to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
•Maintain continuous/repetitive task performance requiring grasping, pinching, flexing, and extending arms.
•Be able to stand on concrete and/or platforms for up to a 12-hour shift and perform physically demanding work.
•Meet required certifications during the qualification period to operate equipment.
