•Analyze current and future state processes to identify gaps and recommend improvements
•Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure accurate translation of business needs into solutions
•Produce high-quality deliverables including reports, presentations, and consulting documentation

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within Retail Energy
•Experience with CIS/Billing, EDI, Customer Care, or energy retail products (C&I or Mass Market)

•Experience working in consulting or professional services environments preferred
•Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Finance, Computer Science, or similar
