Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate client workshops and meetings to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
  • •Develop business requirement documents (BRDs), user stories, and process models to support solution design
  • •Analyze current and future state processes to identify gaps and recommend improvements
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure accurate translation of business needs into solutions
  • •Produce high-quality deliverables including reports, presentations, and consulting documentation

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within Retail Energy
  • •Experience with CIS/Billing, EDI, Customer Care, or energy retail products (C&I or Mass Market)
  • •Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement
  • •Experience working in consulting or professional services environments preferred
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Finance, Computer Science, or similar
