Job Summary

Lead and manage the Accounting Shared Services team focused on Record-to-Report (R2R). Own accurate, timely financial close, reconciliations, journal entries, and fixed asset accounting while ensuring GAAP compliance, regulatory adherence, and internal controls. Drive performance improvements using KPIs and SLAs, champion automation and process enhancements, and support external audits. Partner cross-functionally and serve as a trusted SSC leader who builds credibility through collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage the Accounting Shared Services team, ensuring accurate and timely financial close, reconciliations, journal entries, and fixed asset accounting.

•Champion automation and process improvements to enhance efficiency.
•Support external audits and maintain familiarity with SAP elements such as profit center and cost center hierarchies.
