Build trusted relationships with retail banking customers through proactive outreach across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels. Assess customer needs, educate clients on deposit and loan products (including digital and self-service), and recommend solutions aligned with individual goals. Provide an excellent client experience by greeting clients, processing basic transactions, opening consumer and business accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications. Partner with branch teams to deliver operational accuracy and support service growth.
