Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop design outputs from initial concepts through to fully detailed design deliverables
  • •Encourage the use of digital tools to review, influence, and enhance design quality processes
  • •Promote, articulate, and lead BIM behaviours on the projects
  • •Coordinate deliverables for multiple projects, ensuring completion within budget and managing project resources
  • •Mentor Junior Technicians across Scotland offices, providing technical guidance

Key Requirements

  • •HND or equivalent in Civil/Structural Engineering
  • •Experience delivering project information in BIM standards
  • •Proficient in Civil 3D or Revit; 5+ years experience; able to validate and coordinate models in Navisworks or similar
  • •Experience with Common Data Environment such as ProjectWise or Autodesk Construction Cloud
  • •Ability to coordinate deliverables across multiple projects and manage project resources to facilitate production of deliverables
