Maintenance Supervisor - Element 13

Coordinate and supervise the daily maintenance and reliability activities for Element 13, driving participation in safety, 5S housekeeping, quality standards, training, technology, and behavioral expectations. Provide direction to the workforce, coach and counsel employees on operating practices, monitor product quality, and partner with other departments to meet production schedules. Plan and schedule repairs, ensure compliance with labor agreements and corporate policies, and support new-employee training.
