Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with development of a project prior to on-site construction activities, including cost estimating using 2D takeoff tools or 3D model quantities.
  • •Help create a preliminary project schedule by reviewing project documentation to determine the scope involved.
  • •Support logistics planning by studying project site characteristics to determine phasing, access, and laydown approach.
  • •Perform a variety of assignments applying standard techniques, procedures, and criteria to complete tasks.
  • •Complete assigned tasks following instructions from senior staff while meeting required schedules and maintaining quality work.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, and/or a similar discipline and have completed at least 1 year of study.
  • •Recent graduates with a bachelor’s degree who plan to continue with a master’s degree are eligible, with interest in an advanced degree in a related discipline.
  • •Ability to follow direction and manage specific tasks to completion.
