Key Responsibilities

•Lead architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise digital and data platforms.
•Define and drive adoption of modern engineering patterns including event-driven architecture, Domain-driven design, microservices, containerization, and cloud-native architectures (Azure preferred).
•Oversee full-stack development across Portals, Datamart, and Datashare platforms with frontend (React) and backend (Java, Spring, APIs, Python, Snowflake).
•Lead delivery of key business initiatives including enterprise integration of Fenergo across Asset Servicing platforms.
•Build and mentor high-performing engineering teams, fostering innovation and agile delivery, while partnering with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technology roadmaps.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
•Typically 15+ years of overall experience, including leadership of mid-to-large engineering teams.
•Strong experience in full-stack software engineering: React, Java, Spring Boot, APIs, Python, Snowflake, SQL.
•Advanced proficiency in event-driven architecture, distributed systems, domain-driven design (DDD), microservices, containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and Azure Cloud.
•Experience leading large-scale technology programs and managing multiple teams in a global environment.
