Key Responsibilities

  • •Proactively manage end-to-end client servicing for an assigned portfolio, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • •Serve as primary point of contact for clients and internal colleagues, collaborating with middle/back offices to deliver client solutions and feedback.
  • •Draft reports/letters/memos and support preparation of performance reports and ad hoc requests for relationship managers.
  • •Coordinate client documentation and credit-related activities (conditions of approval, credit dispensation, updated financials, and resolving credit items blocking payments).
  • •Manage operational risk activities for RFI enquiries and low-/medium-risk CDD periodic review cases on behalf of relationship managers, including maintaining required RM markers and notifications.

Key Requirements

  • •Solid understanding of banking operations and products/services, including trade, treasury, and payment/cash management activities.
  • •2+ years of relevant credit application and credit monitoring experience.
  • •Relevant experience supporting relationship managers or sales teams in a financial institution.
  • •Ability to manage a varied workload, prioritize effectively, and execute under pressure.
  • •Strong written/oral communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships across business units.
