Job Summary

Serve as a senior technical and production lead for the Centre Block Rehabilitation Project, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external consultants from design development through construction completion. Oversee budgets, risks, client/consultant/internal meetings, and the preparation and issuance of key deliverables including permits, bids, and construction packages. Lead site assessments and translate field conditions into coordinated BIM-based design and production solutions, mentoring intermediate and junior staff.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a senior technical and production lead and key point of contact for clients, public-sector stakeholders, and project partners.
•Lead and oversee complex project requirements, coordinating internal teams and external consultants through construction completion.
•Provide strategic oversight of project budgets during design development and production, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
•Plan, lead, and facilitate client/consultant/internal meetings, ensuring clear documentation and follow-through.
•Lead preparation, coordination, and issuance of deliverables (permit, bid, and construction packages) and oversee site assessments translating conditions into coordinated design and production solutions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 99,900 - 146,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Architectural Technologist.
•Demonstrated senior-level experience delivering large-scale architectural projects from Design Development through construction completion, including public infrastructure and government-funded projects.
•Extensive experience delivering projects in a fully integrated BIM environment, including BIM execution, coordination, clash detection, and model-based workflows.
•Advanced proficiency in Revit, including Revit-based production, coordination, and documentation standards (work is entirely in a Revit environment).
•Must be eligible for PSPC Secret clearance; strong understanding of building codes/regulatory requirements and ability to lead technical teams in a multidisciplinary environment.
