•Monitor daily production orders and ensure customer order fulfillment and on-time delivery with a 100% order fill rate.
•Coordinate staffing readiness before production startup and oversee morning exercises and job rotation for ergonomics.
•Ensure compliance and safety by promoting daily safety, conducting monthly safety meetings, and ensuring workstations pass USDA inspection.
•Maintain accurate shipments, inventory rotation, and proper product coding; keep records of reworked or returned products.
•Perform human relations functions including training, retention, counseling, and accurate Time & Attendance recording for team members.
